You can use you iPhone or android device as a dictation machine.

The Free of charge DICT8 dictation app, which can be downloaded from the Apple app store or Google Play allows you to record and send your dictations using your iPhone, iPad or Android device.

This enables you to send work when you are away from a PC and also means that you do not have to buy a digital dictation machine in order to start using the service. As the only cost that you have when starting on the system is that of the dictation equipment, this can reduce your entry costs to nil.

How to start using DICT8

If you do not already have a DICT8 account you can get one by contacting us on 0800 121 8105 or by filling in the contact form you can find out more information about our service here.

If you are a DICT8 doctor user then you need to have your username and password, which the app will ask you for the first time that it starts.

Security

The DICT8 app is secure and will encrypt all of the dictations that you send to us. You can read more about our security here.
